Insurance cards are available online to students who did not waive 的 school health 保险 豁免截止日期后. If you need an 保险 card before 的 waiver deadline, you need to confirm your 登入 haylor.com/皇冠8868 并单击 全日制放弃和/或注册. Your enrollment will be processed and your 保险 card will be available for 3-5个工作日后下载或打印.

Medications that are taken for a chronic condition can be filled for up to a 90-day 通过CVS Caremark®邮件服务提供. A 90-day supply of a prescription can be filled with a co-payment that is 2 times 30天供应的共同付款.

For students who are traveling abroad and need to fill more than a 3-month supply of a prescription, student must contact Aetna at 1-800-966-7772.

Please note: Network pharmacies can process up to three months at 的 point of service 的refore a vacation override would not be necessary unless 的 requested time frame 超过三个月. However, 的 member must have enough refills in his/her treatment 方案以适应要求.
